Uses: Potassium fluoride is a water-insoluble potassium source used in oxygen sensitive fields such as metal production. Fluorine compounds are used in a wide range of current technologies and sciences, from refining and corrosion to synthetic organic chemistry and pharmaceutical manufacturing. Fluoride is also commonly used in alloying metals and optical deposition. Potassium fluoride can usually be applied to most rolls immediately. Ultra-high purity and high purity compositions serve as scientific standards for improved optical quality and use.
